Jennifer and Cliff were awesome! Our property was somewhat rare. Thus not many comps were available. Without comps, we allowed ourselves to imagine what turned out to be a bit unrealistic pricing. Both Jennifer and Cliff were able to bring our thinking of price down to a more likely scenario and after all said and done, we got it sold a bit over appraisal! They were patient and worked well with us.
